Depression can range from a minor annoyance to a debilitating illness. It’s common yet is often undiagnosed, especially those who keep it hidden. There are many different reasons for depression, environmental, childhood, and/or physical, the cause could very well be an imbalance. The good news is there is a way out of depression.
Come join us in this practical, non-judgmental 4-week series that will offer you
- A safe space to talk
- Gentle guidance on verifiable support techniques
- A minor nutrition assessment
- Possible referral for further support
What this is:
- A supportive environment to learn and grow
What this is not:

- A prescription assessment
If you are medicated, you are welcome.
If you are NOT medicated, you are welcome.
While I cannot promise you a cure, I can offer you practical and verifiable techniques that can support you in emerging from depression. I cannot take you off medications, nor can I prescribe.
